This is a beautiful 1930's lakefront property surrounded by woods at the ridges of Appalachia. It is full of beautiful acreage, woods, and BREATHTAKING unrestricted lake views! Play corn hole, life size chess/checkers, board games, take a dip in the pool, play in the sand area, make some delicious food on the grill, watch AMAZING sunsets! SO much to do! Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. The views are incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better! 1. Luxurious sleeping quarters with hotel linens and towels. 2. Smart/roku tv that have cable with TONS of stations. 3. Corn hole, life size chess/checkers, board games, sand area, grill, community pool, and a bunch of other things. 4. Hot Tub! 5.. Community pool, playground, and in ground trampoline! The property consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and dining area. 1. The Yellow Master en Suite has a bed that can either be a King bed or two twin beds, its up to YOU. (must be requested at least 7 days before check in or it will be set up as a king bed out of default). (Sleeps 2). This bedroom has it's own private bathroom. 2. The Green Master en Suite also has a bed that can either be a King bed or two twin beds, its up to YOU. (must be requested at least 7 days before check in or it will be set up as 2 twin beds out of default). (Sleeps 2). This bedroom has its own door into the guest bathroom. 3. This bedroom is in the living room. So if it is in the living room, why is it called a bedroom you ask? This isn't your normal bedroom, it has a door and lock for privacy! It consist of a full size sleeper sofa. (Sleeps 2). After booking guests will receive tons if information about the property, nearby attractions, our items stock list, and more! Humbly, Dave, Ann and our AMAZING Team **The aforementioned community pool is available to Bungalow guests. It is Seasonal Memorial Day-Labor day but lenient off-season. This is a community pool and subject to possible intermittent pockets of unavailability due to potential privately booked events. Please do not book this property solely because of this pool. Not anticipating too much unavailability but want to disclose properly. Mostly Saturdays (if at all) anticipated and an occasional Sunday. Saturdays being travel days during pool season, we hope to have minimal unavailability experience for our guests. Ask us for information if you would like to reserve the space.

Bring them! We have a boat ramp right onsite and plenty of room for your trailers, as well as docking. Play volleyball, corn hole, Beersbie, ladder golf, giant Jenga or just play in the cleanest, coolest water on the lake. The water comes right out of the mountains and dumps right at our feet. Great fishing as well in season. We are actually in one of the best areas to fish, right near Little River and Spring Creek! Eat s'mores by the campfire at the beach and watch AMAZING sunsets!
